Billie is the co-founder of &Design with over 25 years of global experience in the hospitality industry ranging from multi-million dollar projects to intricate spaces with limited resources.
With a fabulous sense of style and eye for detail, Billie is a world of knowledge from current trends, operational needs; and much more. She is passionate about exceeding client expectations, visible throughout each project…every time.
Billie and her husband Tom live in Narragansett Pier with their two boys Michael and James. They love to be outdoors in their beach town taking advantage of all the fun and beauty it has to offer!

Amy is the co-founder of &Design with over a decade of experience in the hospitality and multi-unit residential industry.
With a passion for boutique design, Amy’s creative flare, energy and meticulous attention to every detail; makes each and every space feel unique and special.
Amy lives in a small town in Massachusetts with her husband, Cameron, and their three beautiful children Adalynn, Callie and Caden. They enjoy spending time with family and friends, hosting parties and dinners, and watching their children grow.
